We've got a big new feature release, and some exciting things to come! Let's dive in 👇
Slack App is now LIVE 🤖
The ChatPRD Slack App is your AI-powered product management assistant within Slack 🤖 It is now available to all Pro and Teams users! Note that this is still in beta, so let us know about any quirks or bugs you see 🙏
Here's what's included:
Instant Notifications: Receive real-time updates whenever your teammates share a thread, keeping you in the loop on development in your team.
Chat with ChatPRD in Slack (two ways!):
Message the ChatPRD slackbot in your Slack workspace to chat back and forth with ChatPRD. This AI chatbot feature is only available in paid Slack workspaces.
If you don't have a paid Slack plan, you can use the /chat command to start a chat with ChatPRD, then go to the app to continue writing 📝
To set up this integration, go to your ChatPRD Profile and select Integrations. Then connect your Slack account and you'll be up and running 🏃🏻♀️
View files uploaded to ChatPRD 🔎
You can now view all uploaded files by navigating to the ChatPRD Knowledge space (on the left sidebar). This will show you the names of the files you uploaded, the chat where the files live, the date when you uploaded the file, and the name of the person who uploaded the file.

ChatPRD Trust Center 🔒
At ChatPRD we continuously monitor security controls and configurations to ensure your data is safe and secure. And now you can access all the security information you need from our brand new Trust Center. We cover everything from Infrastructure Security to Disaster Recovery and everything in between. Your data is safe with us!!
And a SOC 2 is in the works, stay tuned!
Bug Fixes 🐛
We received reports that there were some weird refreshes happening in-app while you were creating documents. This issue should now be resolved. We've also fixed a bug where the Google Drive integration was disconnecting - so your account should stay connected from here on out!
