How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your billing settings: app.chatprd.ai/settings/billing.
After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds are not typically issued. See our Refund Policy for details and rare exception cases.
How does the free trial work?
If your plan includes a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid future charges.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can manage or update your plan from your billing dashboard.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we will notify you and ask you to update payment details or complete payment to avoid service interruption.
